Google Doodle Gets Animated to Salute Designer Saul Bass
Visitors to Google's homepage Wednesday morning were treated to an animated Doodle honoring Saul Bass, a graphic designer best known for animated credit sequences in films from Alfred Hitchcock and Martin Scorcese. The video above, which was embedded where the Google logo usually is, explains that Bass, who died in 1996, would have been 93 today.
